Export and import Backup Exec 2012 configurations

Hi all,

Now I consider to migrate a BE 2012 server running on windows server 2008 Standard edition to another physical server. Can anyone provide me with the standard procedure/best pratice to export and import the configurations such as Job settings, partition settings, catlog etc.

I search some documents online, but seems like none of them is complete.
