Backup Exec 2012 on Dutch Windows

Hi,

1 of our customers is interested in purchasing Backup Exec 2012, however they previously used CA ArcServe and had trouble installing on to a Dutch Windows Server. The OS was installed as Dutch and apearantly the SQL instance which was required for installing ArcServe would not install on the Dutch OS, as it was en English build. apearantly the English build of SQL Server could not handle the Colation pack provided by the Dutch Windows OS. 

i was wondering if Backup Exec has the same issues with installing on to a Dutch Windows OS?
