Backup Exec 2012 Loading Files and then Nothing

I am upgrade from Backup Exec 2010 to 2012 and when I click install I get the window that pops up and says Backup Exec 2012 loading files and then it goes away and nothing else ever happens.  I checked all the services to see if anything is running that would interfere and I can't find any.  The install failed the first time and I am wondering if those installation files are causeing the issue?

What can I do to resolve this?
