Job Rate time is too low.

Hi,

I was OK with job rate time backing up VMware VMs @ 3 to 4 GB/min with a total size of 400 GB (4 VMs). If you see attached file, the job rate was 3+ GB/min on 14th Feb, then it reduced to just 700 MB/min, then it went to 4GB/min next week, and aftrwards, its 600-700MB/min.

Any ideas for this variable behaviour.
