As a Symantec Partner who deploys BE and SEP with my customers, I sometimes see little things in the product deisgn that I would love to have improved. One recent example is that it seems in order to check the versions of the RAWS agent on remote servers you have to go through the process of "nearly updating" them throgh the install agents and options link in Tools on the media server, but in my mind good patch management would involve a cnetral console screen that display sthis info quickly in one view.
I have come across other things I'd want to give feedback on in the past but can't remember them off hand.
So is there a feedback mechanism for getting involved in suggesting product features? I'm looking for something more partner-oriented or at least community-driven, not just clicking some arms-length feedback link somewhere where they say thanks for your suggestion and you never hear back again. Just curious.
