SQL DBs backup with "full check - including indexes" option fails

Hi All,

Trying to backup about 16 databases out of which for 6 databases (Master database is one of them) getting the error message "The directory or file not found or could not be accessed" , The MASTER database is a corrupt file.

It happens only when we select the Full check - including index only option is selected. However if we choose physical only check option for the consistency check, job works fine.

Any suggestions or advise at the earliest as possible is appreciated.
