Symantec Backup Exec Expire Notification

Hello Everyone!

I need help to find solution for our Symantec Backup Exec. Several time ago, we found notification with our server for License Expire as follows;

We don't understaind what the problem? We already buy one license for Symantec Backup Esec 2012.

Please help anyone know for this explaination and how to fix the problem.
